Hard Bargain is a three-season audio drama (10 episodes per season) following disgraced detective Eli Graves, a man trying to drown his past in cheap whiskey and cheaper cocaine—until the past comes knocking. His old partner turns up dead, and Eli is the only one who seems to care. But as he digs deeper, he finds himself entangled in a mystery that goes beyond the streets of Vesper City. Some debts don’t get forgiven. And Eli might be next on the list.
Season 1: The Dead Men of the City
The first season follows Eli as he chases the truth behind the death of his old partner. The deeper he digs, the stranger the answers become. What starts as a search for justice turns into a fight for survival, as he realizes that when you go poking around places you shouldn’t, sometimes you won’t like what pokes back.
